The law shall regulate its composition and operation. ARTICLE 57. Law may establish incentives and means to involve workers in the management of companies. ARTICLE 58. The property is a social function which involves obligations. As such, an ecological function is inherent. The State shall protect and promote solidarity and associative forms of property.
